Full Time Recruiting Manager Job Description

We are looking for a full-time full-desk recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, recruiting, and sales. This is a fully remote 1099 full commission position.

We are a growing company looking for hungry and talented go-getters to join the team. Our aggressive compensation package along with our remote capabilities and state of the art systems really makes this role not only fun and rewarding, but it also allows you to do the job more effectively and efficiently. There is a lot of room for growth as we expand our team. We are offering a very aggressive commission structure to really incentivize top performers.

Responsibilities :

  • Business development - landing clients, negotiating / executing contracts, and account management
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews
  • Negotiate and close job offers
  • Onboard new hires and provide them with support
  • Maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 2-10 years of experience in full-desk recruiting (MUST HAVE business development experience)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
