Role Overview

These financial leadership roles will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance and audit readiness. These roles are ideal for hands-on managers who thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and understand the operational nuances of the recycling or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Manage general ledger, AP / AR, payroll, and fixed assets
• Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for leadership review
• Oversee inventory accounting and cost tracking for recycled materials
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and environmental reporting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
