Program Manager

Job Title : Program Manager Retail / Ecommerce Logistics

Location : SFO CA / Sacramento CA / San Jose CA (Onsite with Location Flexibility)

Duration : Long-Term Contract

Key Requirements :

Recent retail experience (mandatory)

Strong experience with logistics manufacturing and final-mile delivery solutions

Proven experience managing project financials including tracking forecasting burn rate analysis ROI and variance reporting

Strong planning and resource allocation experience

Experience working with cross-departmental stakeholders in retail environments

Responsibilities :

Develop project and program plans based on established methodologies including scope schedule budget work breakdowns resources and deliverable matrices

Perform variance analysis including schedule cost vs budget scope and resource utilization

Conduct project risk assessments quantification response planning and mitigation strategies

Communicate risks to internal teams sponsors vendors and leadership as needed

Validate client and functional requirements and assess impact to existing systems and tools

Recommend technology or business process improvements

Prepare and deliver presentations to IT leadership program sponsors and vendors

Provide direction and oversight to project managers supporting delivery

Lead pre-implementation and post-implementation execution plans

Manage large-scale cross-functional initiatives with limited guidance

Mentor coach and support team members and project teams

Participate in organizational team-building and performance documentation

Network cross-functionally and represent program strategy to leadership

Ensure alignment between program objectives priorities and business outcomes
