Key Responsibilities
Project manage and collaborate with teams to optimize customer use of benefits solutions
Drive customer enablement of benefits features and provide best practice consultations
Offer personalized support and guidance in benefits management to customers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
Preferred : 3+ years of experience with benefits products such as benadmin and Flex benefits
Passion for helping customers succeed in benefits management
Strong project and time management skills
Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams
