About The Position

• Call Schedule : Rotated call, every 7-8 weeks. Phone call only.
• Loan Repayment
• Compensation : $235,000 - $250,000 based on experience

DETAILS : - Start in our brand new, recently opened clinic! - The Lead Medical Provider, under the direct supervision of the CMO, shall help supervise all aspects of medical patient care services - Assist the CMO in implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning, and provider scheduling - Complete peer reviews and evaluations for medical providers - Complete patient notes / administrative duties (8 admin hours given per week) - Leadership and supervisory experience required
