[job_card.job_description]Administer and optimize product tools (e.g., Jira Product Discover, Jira, Confluence, Pendo, etc.) to support intake, roadmapping, execution, and measurement. Ensure tool usage and reporting meet the needs of product teams and leadership, including dashboards, roadmaps, and KPI scorecards. Spearhead the use of the tools for the product team, to ensure optimal and consistent utilization. Support definition, tracking, and reporting of KPIs and OKRs for product and operational success. Partnering with teams to develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into product performance, customer behaviors, and delivery health. Partner with product managers and analysts to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Automate reporting where possible to improve efficiency. Act as a connector between product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines. Communicate tool updates, process changes, and best practices to stakeholders. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training across product teams. Represent product operations in cross-functional projects and forums. 35+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or program / project management within a product-led organization. Familiarity with modern product management methodologies (e.g., agile / scrum, empowered teams, customer discovery). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (Jira Product Discovery, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Pendo, Miro, etc.). Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across functions and influence without authority. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. Product teams consistently follow clear, efficient processes that improve delivery outcomes. Leaders have access to accurate, timely dashboards and reporting to guide decisions. Tools and workflows are optimized, integrated, and easy for teams to use. Collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams is smooth and productive.
Product Operations Manager, Boarding
The Product Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling product teams to operate effectively, efficiently, and with scale within our Boarding Product team. Boarding encompasses both legal / credit boarding (i.e. merchant registration, verification and underwriting) as well as the technical set-up required to enable processing. This role ensures that tools, processes, and data practices across the product lifecycle are optimized to support decision-making and successful delivery. You will collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market partners to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and foster a culture of data-driven product development.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with experience in process design, tooling, and stakeholder management within a product-led environment.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Support the execution and continuous refinement of our Product Ways of Working (PWoW), including governance cadences, decision gates, and review forums.
- Document, maintain, and improve standard processes, playbooks, and templates for intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and consistency.
- Partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives.
