As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in promoting American Trusted Nurse's home care services. You will generate new business by identifying potential clients, building relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources, and closing sales to expand our client base. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of the agency, and we reward your hard work with an attractive commission structure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and pursue new opportunities by connecting with hospitals, senior care communities, social workers, discharge planners, and families in need of home care services.
• Client meetings & consultations: Meet with families and healthcare providers to assess needs and provide tailored care solutions.
• Sales process management: Follow up with leads, present service offerings, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure a steady stream of business.
• Tracking & reporting: Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to the team.
