  • 7 : 30 am 4 : 00 pm (Mon-Fri) Onsite

Compensation

At S&C we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $36990 - $46230. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as an Office Services Specialist - Package Handler!

The Package Handler Office Services at S&C Electric Company supports daily mailroom and internal logistics operations that enable efficient communication and material flow across office engineering and manufacturing-support teams. This role is essential to ensuring timely accurate and secure handling of packages documents and deliveries within S&C facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive log and sort incoming mail parcels and courier deliveries for S&C Electric departments and employees
  • Verify delivery information and ensure accurate routing to appropriate offices or internal locations
  • Deliver mail packages and documents throughout office and administrative areas
  • Handle sensitive confidential or time-critical materials in accordance with company procedures
  • Prepare outgoing packages and documents including labeling weighing and packaging
  • Coordinate daily pickups with approved carriers and courier services
  • Maintain basic shipment records and tracking documentation
  • Assist with maintaining an organized safe and efficient mailroom environment
  • Monitor and restock mailroom and shipping supplies
  • Provide general support to Office Services as needed including document transport or supply delivery

    • What youll Need To Succeed :

  • Ability to safely lift and move packages within established guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable punctual and able to work independently
  • Basic familiarity with shipping systems tracking tools or office technology preferred
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams
  • Willingness to assist with reception and front-desk coverage as needed
