A Day in the Life of a Resource Pool CNA

The Resource CNA provides basic patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care within the scope of his / her training and experience. Assigned to multiple units according to distribution of staff and patients.
