Essential Functions
During these 15 months, we will focus on your career development through a combination of on-the-job training and professional development. Specific examples include :Formalized professional skills training including Niagara culture, self-awareness, and leadership developmentOngoing support from Niagara Bottling's leadership, MDP alumni, and a dedicated advisor from the Talent Development teamParticipation in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and projects6 months of experience leading a shift in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 3 weeks travel to other plant locationsWork in all aspects of manufacturing and complete cross-departmental projectsMultiple opportunities to present experiences, and project outcomes to local and regional leadershipAttend department / manager meetings and action plan based on feedbackAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
