A company is looking for a Director of Creative Project Management (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee staffing and project health for the creative team's portfolio, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables
Conduct final reviews of critical SOWs and project plans, ensuring scope definition and financial health
Act as a liaison between account and creative teams to navigate project challenges and propose effective solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project and / or resource management at a creative, production, marketing, or advertising agency
Experience leading creative teams of 20-30+ people and scaling operations
Ability to manage integrated advertising campaigns of $2M+ and smaller projects
Proficiency with modern creative project management and resourcing tools, familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
Strong operational mindset with a focus on budgets, staffing, and deadlines across various creative roles
