• Duties
• Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice .
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
• Requirements
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Proven litigation experience.
• Trial experience desired.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication abilities.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic background and a committed work ethic.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
