[job_card.job_description]The Instructional Design Program Manager Sr. role in ASU’s Learning Enterprise Learning Design team will manage the outcomes and operations of an instructional design and delivery team for the mathematics and sciences course portfolio within the Universal Learner Courses. You will ensure access to educational materials for a diverse set of learners in the P-20 pipeline, such as learners in high school, learners seeking to earn admission to ASU, and working learners looking for pathways into college and careers.
You will help your team strategize the future of instructional design by analyzing learner data and outcomes in STEM courses. You will project manage evidence-based revision of course content and delivery and implement modern pedagogical theory including self-paced learning, project-based learning, and adaptive elements. You will ensure adequate staffing of course deliveries and manage the onboarding of graders and instructors to courses within your area. This role will interact with top ASU faculty and/or external industry experts, pushing the boundaries of course design and student learning. You will report to the Director of Design, Foundational Learning.
