Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN - Case Manager with prior HCA Experience and proficiency in MIDAS. This role is focused on providing high-quality patient care and managing case workflows effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Coordinating patient services and managing transitions of care.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in MIDAS.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license with HCA experience.
• Experience with MIDAS software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
