As a Security Officer - Residential Site Patrol - Full Time in White Plains, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring entry points and assisting with security-related inquiries. What You'll Do :

  • Greet residents and visitors at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
  • Monitor access to the residential building, verifying identification and permissions as required by site-specific policies.
  • Assist with visitor management, including logging guest information and issuing visitor passes as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Communicate and coordinate with building management and / or emergency services when necessary.
  • Observe and report any security-related concerns or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting residents and visitors with inquiries related to the location.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and security-related incidents as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
