Position Overview
This role blends customer support and account management responsibilities to drive high-touch service, technical troubleshooting, and strategic engagement for our clients professional accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and capable of balancing reactive support tasks with proactive relationship management. Primary Responsibilities :
- Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket systems with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Maintain support interactions daily while ensuring professional service and accurate records
- Provide onboarding and ongoing check-ins with assigned professional accounts
- Manage salon / spa or professional accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote product launches and seasonal collections
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure product usage compliance and education
- Monitor account health and communicate trends or concerns
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and contribute to internal improvement initiatives
- Other duties as deemed necessary by management
Minimum Requirements :
2 years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a client-facing support roleExperience handling inbound calls while managing a book of businessKnowledge of the professional nail / cosmetics industry preferredFamiliarity with the following, or similar, systems / tools : Syspro (ERP), Shopify (ecommerce), Salesforce (ticketing and live chat), Yotpo (reviews and loyalty), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration toolsSoft Skills : Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills Analytical problem-solving with empathy and communication excellence Must be attentive and patient Strong willingness to help and solve problems Able to work independently and cohesively as part of a teamNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
