Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering and facilities team. In this role, you will help ensure our hotel remains a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning environment for guests and team members. You’ll be hands-on with equipment, systems, and spaces, responding quickly to issues and helping us maintain a standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain Excellence : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Problem Solver : Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Team Collaboration : Communicate and work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective service.
- Preventive Maintenance : Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance to proactively address potential issues.
- Emergency Response : Be ready to respond to urgent situations such as equipment malfunctions or utility failures.
- Innovate Solutions : Suggest improvements to systems and procedures for better efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Record Keeping : Accurately document repairs, inspections, and equipment history.
