Security Officer - Unarmed Bank Patrol

Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, working together with integrity to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone at the location.

Pay Rate : $24.25 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and / or hazards according to site protocols.
  • Assist employees, visitors, and clients with general inquiries and directions as part of customer service responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with site management and local law enforcement when required for incident response or emergency situations.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
