Join a dedicated team providing compassionate nursing care in a gynecologic oncology outpatient clinic located in the Southeastern United States region. This full-time day position involves supporting patients under the guidance of the office manager or physician, assisting with clinic operations, and delivering direct nursing care tailored to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Adjust care based on age-specific physiological requirements as directed by a Registered Nurse or authorized personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure a safe environment and respond appropriately to life-threatening situations.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and monitor quality of care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with healthcare staff and support patients' cultural and spiritual needs within medical guidelines.
• Contribute to cost containment efforts and accurate patient service billing.
• Demonstrate responsibility for customer satisfaction, patient flow, and operational capacity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Compact state or the relevant state.
• No prior work experience required; positive interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential.

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of age-specific physiological and psychosocial patient needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to safely handle potential exposure to infectious materials.
