Buck Company is seeking a motivated Shell Core Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team! In this role, you’ll work in our Core Room, setting up and operating large production machines, performing preventative maintenance and safety checks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality products.

We value team members who take pride in their workmanship and pay close attention to detail. This role offers variety—daily tasks may change, and cross-training provides opportunities to develop new skills.
