Digital Account Executive

A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to manage client relationships and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Retain client accounts through active campaign management and customer service

Manage and analyze internet marketing campaigns to meet client performance expectations

Build rapport with clients through timely communication and education on campaign performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English (preferred but not required)

2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field

Technical requirements : Intel Core i7 or greater, 16GB RAM or greater, stable broadband (20 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, HD web camera

Strong teamwork and adaptability with a high integrity and customer service focus

Leadership qualities and proficiency in documentation
