Understanding of Safety and ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management System requirements. Education : Minimum requirements High School or Technical School. Skills : Must have a Mechanical and or Electrical Aptitude. Experience : Minimum one year in a related industry.

Wind, Shape and Form a variety of Motor Coils, perform electrical tests (Insulation Resistance, Hi-
Pot, Surge and Resistance Tests) and Mechanical Measurements as they relate to the different
types of motor coils.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Capable of reading and understanding coil winding construction diagrams.
- Knowledge of coil construction principles and materials to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Able to identify insulating materials, understanding of coil wrapping, finishing requirements and
acceptance criteria.
