Office Manager – Real Estate Company (Colorado Springs, CO)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $58,000–$66,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare P&L reports
  • Maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and create custom financial reports
  • Invoice clients, monitor accounts, and coordinate with CPA for tax filings

    • Office Management

  • Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Manage software systems, records, and vendor coordination
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks

    • Real Estate Administration

  • List properties on MLS and marketing platforms
  • Coordinate property staging, photography, and inspections
  • Organize transaction documents, timelines, and schedules
  • Communicate with title companies, real estate agents, and vendors

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ QuickBooks / accounting experience OR an Associate’s degree in finance / accounting
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • (Bonus) Experience in MLS or real estate
