It is located 131 miles north of Sacramento and 31 miles south of Redding, on the banks of the Sacramento River and on the edge of the fertile Sacramento Valley. The Sacramento River Bend Area is a great place to enjoy unspoiled nature and rich wildlife.

- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 : 30 pm with no evenings or weekends
- Minimal after-hours calls with nurse triage system first
- 18 - 22 patients per day in clinic setting
- Complete care team with MA and front desk support
- Mentorship and ramp-up support provided for new physicians
- Full-time physicians may be considered for shareholder after one year of employment
