Key Responsibilities
Supervise Service Desk Analysts, ensuring high-quality customer service
Manage daily operations of the service desk, addressing technical support requests efficiently
Develop and implement processes to enhance service desk efficiency and monitor performance
Qualifications and Requirements
Preferred Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in a technology-related field
5+ years of experience in a technology support environment with supervisory responsibilities
ITIL Foundation certification or other IT services-related certifications preferred
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
Demonstrated success in a technology-related supervisory position
