Self-scheduled shifts : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM). FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts). Expected to work 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays per 6-week schedule. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence. Engage collaboratively in a team environment to enhance patient outcomes. Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements. Receive training in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIHSS (Stroke Scale), IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities. Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000. Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000. Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200. RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 for referring qualified candidates.
