Construction Project Manager

Day-to-Day :

A family owned and operated employer in Lexington KY is looking for a permanent direct-hire Project Manager to join their growing team. This position is the main liaison between the A / E Team, subcontractors, and this construction company. They can expect to handle a variety of commercial projects at once ranging between 5k-20 million. This individual will provide leadership and administration to the construction project and ensure the project plans, objectives, and policies are met. Some duties of the job include :

• Enforcing company and project policies
• Manage the budget and financial reporting throughout the project
• Client interface / interaction
• Providing technical guidance to subordinate managers
• Updating schedule / progress with managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Maintain safety standards
• Subcontractor coordination
