Compensation

Base pay range : $100,000.00 / yr $195,000.00 / yr

Pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual pay will be based on skills, experience, responsibilities, education, and other factors.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have an active TS / SCI clearance with an active polygraph.
• Two (02) years of directly related experience within the last five (05) years is required; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Six (06) to fifteen (15) years of direct / relevant experience.
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or five (05) additional years of Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes.
• Security+ Certification.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier?1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution; and Tier?2 (Escalation) as needed.
• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Support day?to?day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client / server / storage / network devices and mobile devices.
• Escalate issues and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform capacity analysis and planning.
• Troubleshoot IT systems in depth.
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets.
• Support dispatch system and hardware problems.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install / load OS software, maintain integrity and configure network components, implement OS enhancements for reliability and performance.
