We are looking for an anesthesiologist to join our team to train AI models by measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and improving model quality.

Backgrounds of Interest

  • Physicians of all specialties (e.g., internists, cardiologists, oncologists)
  • Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners
  • Certified Nurse-Midwives, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists
  • Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses
  • Physical & Occupational Therapists, Speech‑Language Pathologists, Respiratory Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Massage / Recreational Therapists
  • Radiologic Technologists, Sonographers, MRI & Nuclear Medicine Technologists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Phlebotomists, Histology & Genetics Technicians
  • Dietitians / Nutritionists, Genetic Counselors, Epidemiologists, Public Health Nurses

Benefits

  • Full‑time or part‑time remote position
  • Choose projects and schedule independently
  • Pay rate $50‑$60 per hour with performance bonuses

    • Responsibilities

  • Give AI chatbots diverse and complex healthcare problems and evaluate outputs
  • Evaluate the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance
  • Ensure medical accuracy of model performance

    • Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
  • A current or in‑progress medical degree

    • Payment is made via PayPal. Only applicants in the United States will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
