Are you a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified  Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician  seeking a rewarding and balanced career?  Community Medicine, UVA  is excited to invite you to join our dedicated, patient-focused team in Charlottesville, VA. We are seeking two dynamic physicians to help drive excellence in patient care. With  both full-time and part-time  opportunities available, this is your chance to thrive in a supportive and collaborative practice

  • Flexible Scheduling Options
  • Full-time (4.5 days / week with one afternoon off) Part-time options available (3.5–4 days / week)
  • Practice Hours :

Monday–Friday : 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday : 8 AM–12 PM (rotational coverage, single physician)

  • Reasonable Call Schedule :

    • Shared call rotation among 6–7 providers

    Your Role

  • Provide high-quality care to adults (16+), including preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and management of chronic conditions
  • Care for an average of 15 patients per day, ensuring meaningful interactions and exceptional outcomes
  • Collaborate with a team of 7 physicians and experienced support staff
