Primary / Acute Care Clinic.

Ages 2 and up.

Jan. 5 - March 31.2026

M, W, F - 7 : 00a - 4 : 00p

T, TH - 9 : 30a - 6 : 00p

One provider, 2MAs

10 to 12 pts per day.

Clean, Active CO License.

DEA

2 years or more of FNP work experience.

Malpractice, Lodging provided.

Mileage reimbursed.

No Flights or rental Cars
