A growing 40-person tax and advisory firm, recognized as one of 2024’s Top CPA Firms and Best Places to Work in the greater Boston area, is seeking a detail oriented Tax Manager.

As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive tax services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring accuracy through the thorough review and complete oversight of tax returns and tax documents for individuals, corporations, and partnerships as provided by tax associates within the firm
  • Preparation of complex tax returns for clients, as needed
  • Assisting in consulting services to clients across multiple geographic regions and industries
  • Overseeing, directing, and mentoring the work and development of tax associates
  • Building strong client relationships leveraging your expertise to provide exceptional service and solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA certification and / or master’s degree in taxation is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and / or ProSystem fx
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, productive, and fun team

    • Compensation :

    $140,000-$170,000 per year
