Florida Licensed Case Manager

A company is looking for a Case Manager, Crew Medical.

Key Responsibilities

Manage medical care for crew members who are medically disembarked or repatriated, ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Maintain documentation of case status and communicate with crew regarding medical benefits and treatment plans

Collaborate with medical providers and legal teams to facilitate appropriate care and settlement of cases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health care or case management

Minimum of three years of case management experience, preferably in Maritime / Jones Act or personal injury cases

Registered Nurse (RN) is highly preferred

Strong independent decision-making ability regarding care management plans

Understanding of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
