[job_card.job_description]Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field 5 years of experience in Tibco integration projects Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration best practices Certifications like Tibco Certified Professional are a plus Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks BW EMS and ADB R3 and File adapters Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration EAI and ServiceOriented Architecture SOA Integrate multiple enterprise systems ERP CRM web services using TIBCO tools Implement SOAPREST web services XML transformations and JMS messaging Perform unit testing integration testing and troubleshoot issues Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator Performance and Scalability Monitor and optimize Tibco applications for high availability and scalability Work closely with business analysts architects and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Prepare technical design documents deployment guides and maintain integration process records
