Loan Processor - Guidelines

Overview

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Loan File Review Specialist to support a high‑volume mortgage operations team. You’ll work a shared “get‑next” pipeline—no one owns a file—and complete fast, accurate clean‑up tasks to keep loans moving toward closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Work rush files requiring corrections within 24 hours
• Review 40–50 loans / day for accuracy and compliance
• Make updates related to cash‑to‑close, DTI, seller credits, and loan restructuring
• Apply Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guidelines to all file changes
• Review credit reports, bank statements, and borrower documentation
• Add loan conditions and collaborate with branch operations
• Process approximately 130 conditions / day in a fast‑paced environment
