Role Summary : As a Communications and Business Program Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Business Administrator, Business Manager, and General Manager of the Consumer Channel Marketing team. Your role is essential to maintaining the rhythm of the business and ensuring the successful execution of internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the timeline and scheduling of key milestones, leadership reviews, and deliverables for the Consumer Channel Marketing team
• Collaborate with the Executive Business Administrator and Business Manager to set agendas, capture meeting discussions, decisions, and action items
• Prepare for leadership meetings, including prepping speakers, developing slideware, and managing call logistics
• Manage community communications and facilitate weekly general manager team communications
• Coordinate logistics for community-related events and provide creative support for event content
• Support internal and external speaking engagements, including sourcing content, building presentations, and talk tracks
• Develop communications and surveys for internal initiatives
• Maintain team SharePoint and Teams sites
