Purpose of the Job Overview

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.
• Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordination: Help coordinate recruitment activities, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
• Communication: Liaise with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Placement Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR and Placement functions, such as preparing reports and maintaining files.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Education: Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Location: Fully Remote

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST

Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST

Must have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24" Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quite place to work.
