About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll bring new advertising clients - primarily lenders - onto the Scotsman Guide platform. You'll work warm inbound leads, research prospects, and guide them through the sales process until they transition to our Account Management and onboarding teams. This is a B2B inside sales role conducted via phone, video, and email.

We're looking for someone who is detail oriented, self-driven, and excited to help clients understand the value of our industry leading advertising solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Build relationships with prospective advertisers through inbound leads and proactive outreach
  • Research prospects to understand their business needs and recommend the right Scotsman Guide solutions
  • Educate prospects on our product portfolio via phone, video conference, and webinars
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales communications
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress for assigned prospects
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support overall revenue growth

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience , preferably B2B with a proven track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
  • Experience in advertising sales or the mortgage‑lending industry (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, proposals, web research, and CRM usage
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • $55k-$60k base pay per year + uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, with an on-target earnings of $120k+ annually
