Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 7+ years of Operational Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Ability to complete analytical work with Data to support decision making and explain resolution to complex problems
• Advanced understanding of Operational risk and governance, preferably in an oversight role
• Experience presenting results of operational risk monitoring and emerging risk to executive leadership
• Experience in Auto Lending and associated processes
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Independent Risk Management, such as Credit Risk, Independent Testing, or Operational Risk.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Independent Risk Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
