SUMMARY
The AI Adoption Manager leads the full lifecycle of AI enablement across the agency — from initial rollout of enterprise AI tools to long-term optimization of advanced capabilities. This role bridges configuration, training, adoption, and governance to ensure Butler / Till extracts maximum value from its AI investments. In addition to driving training and adoption, this role plays a critical part in configuring AI bots and models to meet the unique needs of functional teams, balancing innovation with security, compliance, and risk management. Acting as both strategist and
hands-on enabler, the AI Adoption Manager ensures that AI solutions evolve in step with business requirements and deliver measurable, ethical, and scalable impact.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
o Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Data Science, or related field.
o 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software enablement, product ownership, or AI configuration.
o Hands-on experience configuring or training AI tools, SaaS applications, or chatbots.
o Strong understanding of change management and enterprise adoption practices.
o Knowledge of data governance, security, and risk considerations in AI use.
PREFERRED
o Background in marketing / advertising or professional services environment.
oExpert in Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
o Experience building role-specific configurations or workflows for enterprise software.
o Certifications in AI governance, change management, or enterprise architecture.

COMPENSATION
Butler / Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $73,000-$103,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
This is just one component of Butler / Till’s total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
