This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for :

• Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify improvement opportunities that lead to year over year cost savings
• Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement at all levels through use of Root Cause analysis, PDCA methodologies, GEMBA management, etc.
• Supporting the Continuous Improvement program for the site to deliver improved results in Cost, Quality and Customer Service
• Leading improvement workshops, kaizen events, chalk circles, VSM and other improvement events.
• Building skills and capabilities of others in Lean methods, Cost Savings and OEE / OLE
