Database Analyst

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree and 5 years experience in areas of information technology and 2 years of relevant database and application development experience.
• Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries.
• MS SQL Server & SSIS experience
• Create, update, and maintain indexes, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, resolving database problems, and tuning database / objects
• Design, implement, and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes, etc.)
• Understanding of database design practices, including database normalization concepts
• Must be analytical, results-driven and able to employ the right approach and methods to make the maximum use of time and resources.
• Interprets business issues and recommends business solutions. Takes initiative to solves complex problems that have a far-reaching impact on the business. Works independently with minimal guidance.
• Verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills necessary to work in team environment.
• Organizational skills and experience managing completion of multiple projects.
