A company is looking for an Orthopaedic Surgeon Advisor to a Healthcare Venture Capital Fund.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical reviews of healthcare technologies affecting surgical workflows and rehabilitation support

Validate clinical claims, safety frameworks, and assess scalability and patient pathways

Advise portfolio companies on peri-operative coordination and emerging trends in clinical decision assistance

Required Qualifications

Board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with experience in relevant surgical care

Familiarity with post-acute recovery norms and pain-safety standards

Experience with digital health and remote care models is recommended but not required

Ability to translate surgical realities into investment criteria and clinical risk assessments

Interest in innovation and the venture ecosystem in healthcare
