Provide compassionate care to residents in nursing and personal care / assisted living, ensuring their safety and comfort during daily activities. Conduct regular rounds to check on each resident at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist residents with bathing / showering, dressing, oral care, toileting, nutrition, and hydration according to individualized care plans. Transport residents to activities, dining, beauty shop appointments, and chapel services, as recommended by the Rehab Department. High School Diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older.
