Job Description:
"Role Summary
Perform laboratory testing and support activities for client's diagnostic products and processes. Ensure running sample as per protocols, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Run samples according to established protocols and ensure accurate data capture.
• Switch instrument modules as needed for different workflows and maintain readiness.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on instruments and reagents, document results.
• Operate laboratory instruments and record data accurately; generate reports using digital tools.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain lab equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Understand and use lab tools/software for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Follow established protocols, regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate scientific information clearly and appropriately.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
o Associate or bachelor’s degree Electrical / mechanical engineering.
• Experience:
o to years of hands-on experience in running samples, performing QC.
o Familiarity with lab equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and data recording.
o Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
o Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital reporting tools.
• Preferred:
o Understanding of quality systems and documentation practices.
