Wireless Technologies Evaluation Engineer

#LI-AS3 Description : In this role, you will be part of Product RF Definition team and support the Evaluation and Characterization of various technologies from RF perspective Core Responsibilities : You will work independently under Product RF Design Guidance on the following milestones :

• Bring up of the Lab Setup to demonstrate correct behavior of the setup
• Run manual measurements in extreme cases to verify theoretical boundaries
• Develop Matlab Models emulating new technology from PHY layer perspective with impairments and their correction
• Create “offline” SDR that can modulate / demodulate symbols of a pre-defined technology
• Develop SW / code for automation and system tools
• Work with lab equipment, components, and computing infrastructure
• Development and execution of scripts, . Python, to automate RF testing patterns and validation
• Generation of verification / test report
• Interface with other teams on SW / tools infrastructure and maintenance – nice to have
• Be able to change / modify existing FW code, compile and reload – nice to have
