Infrastructure Engineer – Data Center Modernization

The Infrastructure Engineer will lead modernization and migration efforts for legacy data centers, focusing on designing scalable, secure, and compliant hybrid infrastructure. This role supports automation, patching, compliance, and resiliency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement infrastructure modernization strategies, including migration from legacy platforms to cloud or hybrid architectures.
  • Execute and support large-scale data center migration and consolidation initiatives.
  • Automate patching, configuration management, and monitoring processes.
  • Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Partner with network, security, and application engineering teams to ensure seamless migration and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain compliance with internal security standards and external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

  • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.
  • Deep expertise with VMware, Windows / Linux servers, networking, and storage systems.
  • Automation experience using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, patching compliance, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
