A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a standardized service delivery model for strategic accounts
Act as a liaison between internal teams to manage data exchanges and operational workflows
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to measure KPIs and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in operations, account management, or project management
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce) and workflow management platforms
Project management expertise (PMP or similar certification is a plus)
