The TAIT Internship program is a fully immersive, experiential program. Interns are placed in a department based on their major and interests, but it is up to them to set goals and define their experience at TAIT. Position : Resource Coordinator Intern
Location : Burbank, CA
Duration : June 2026 – August 2026
Compensation : $18 / hr
Schedule : Interns are scheduled to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift, dependent on projects and business needs

Intern Responsibilities
As a Resource Coordinator Intern, you will work within the CREATE team and support the Resource Manager, Heads of Department (HODs), and Project Management team. This role focuses on resource data management, scheduling, and administrative support for creative and technical projects. Responsibilities may include :
Qualifications
To qualify for this internship, you must meet the following :
Project Management
Strong computer skills with the ability and desire to learn new technologies : Google Suite, Box, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Mosaic, Asana
Proven communication and presentation skills : written, verbal, and numerical
Ability to multitask in a creative, open office environment
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet stringent deadlines with a “do what it takes” attitude
Ability to prioritize work assignments and ask for guidance when needed
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to use sound judgment and complete assignments in a timely manner
Must possess the ability to effectively perform research from a wide variety of sources with minimal guidance
