Enjoy working with CUSOM Gastroenterology Fellows. Fulfill interests in clinical research, receive Academic Appointment commensurate with experience. Flexible practice with the ability to pursue both clinical and procedural interests in a growing division. Work-life balance is embodied every day. Referral center for Gastroenterological Surgery; with ASC and Endoscopy Center. On-site, GI specific surgical expert, Interventional Radiology, Bariatric, Pathology and more. Access to an extensive, established specialty and primary care network. Two-year income guarantee + relocation allowance + benefits. Patient Care : Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories. Communication : Provide clear and concise medical information. Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Documentation : Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Diagnostic Procedures : Perform procedures as needed. Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation. Team Collaboration : Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers. Quality Improvement : Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. Compliance : Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. Continuous Learning : Participate in ongoing medical education and training. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines. American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty. A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.
